What happen's if I'm not home at time of delivery?Updated 2 years ago

Couriers may leave your order at your address if you are not there to accept it. However, they can only do so, if you've requested them to do so. You can view our delivery info page for more details.

If the area is not deemed to be safe, the courier can use their discretion to not leave the parcel even if you have given authority to leave. This may occur if the parcel will be exposed to bad weather, if it is a busy area or main road, or there is not a suitable place to hide the parcels from unintended parties. 

If you are not home, our couriers may take your order to a local collection point or local Post Office if it has been sent with Australia Post, or if time allows they may attempt a re-delivery, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Once delivery has taken place, Hello Drinks are not responsible for the replacement of stolen or missing items from your delivery address if authority to leave has been requested.

Please note, during peak times like Christmas & Covid, couriers may leave items unattended in a safe place to ensure you get your items in a quicker manner.
