Our delivery partners can use their discretion in deciding whether or not it is safe or appropriate to leave a parcel unattended. Our couriers work with their own Alcohol delivery policies to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel.

Couriers may choose not to leave your order if it will be exposed to bad weather, it's a busy area or main road, or there is not a suitable place to hide the parcels. If you are not at home, the courier may leave a call card to inform you that your order will be delivered to a local collection point or Post Office. Sometimes dependening on your location, the courier may make a 2nd attempt to deliver the order.

The driver may leave your order with a neighbour, which they will record as delivered.
