Only part of my order has arrived, what should I do?Updated 2 years ago

If part of your order has been delivered but some parcels haven't arrived yet, check your delivery tracking link, (found in your inbox/spam folder which we emailed to you). Sometimes parcels get separated from one another during transit and rather than holding up the whole order, Our couriers will deliver them as they arrive off the conveyor belt.

Please also check the products you ordered as they may have come from more than one Warehouse, so they will get delivered by different couriers.

If your order tracking says a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with our Customer Support team so we follow up with the courier.
