My order is damaged?Updated 2 years ago

Whilst we package orders as best as we can by using strong cartons, including inserts, and biodegradable fillers, unfortunately broken bottles do sometimes occur whilst in transit, even though it is rare, it still hurts us, as nobody likes spilled drinks.

 

We cover all lost, broken or damaged items in transit, so rest assured we will cover the damage. We can replace, offer store credit, or refund you. 

 

Please reach out to our customer care team within 30 days or purchase so we can resolve this for you. Please take a photo of the packaging, and the damaged item that you received, and send to us for our records. If you notice the item is damaged upon receiving, please bring to the drivers attention. 

 

If you notice on the tracking that the item has been damaged in transit before the courier has reported it to us, please message us so we can raise your replacement straight away.
