I received the wrong product?Updated 2 years ago

If you have received an error with your order, please reach out to us via email, Facebook messenger, or chat so our Customer Care team can help. We will always replace the incorrect product, offer store credit or refund you for the item you did not recived.

 

Whilst it is a rare occurence, picking errors can occur.

 

We will be rolling out a new barcode scanning system very soon so this will eliminate these errors from happening.
