I only received part of my order?Updated 2 years ago

Whilst every effort is made to have your orders delivered in one drop, sometimes parcels can get seperated during the sorting process at the couriers, especially during peak selling periods. Please allow 1-2 days for the remainder of your order to arrive as generally it may not be too far behind.

 

By checking the tracking link at the couriers website, it will also show you the update on each label.

 

If the remainder of your order hasn't arrived 1-2 days after the first delivery please reach out to our Customer Care team who will escalate this with the courier.
