If your order has been taken back to your local collection point or Post Office, you will receive a note/card from the courier notifying you. Parcels are kept at the collection point/post office for up to 10 business days. You will receive another note to remind you to pick it up from the collection point/post office/

If the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to our warehouse and will incur redelivery/restocking fees.
