How can I track my order?Updated 2 years ago

To track your order, please check the delivery tracking link that we have emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours from when you placed your order for the tracking info to appear., 

Once your order is booked, you'll also receive an email containing a tracking label and tracking link. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it ends up there! 

Each parcel has a unique consignment number, check out your tracking link to see the delivery status of each parcel. 

Please be advised that sometimes orders can be shipped from multiple locations or get seperated at the courier depots so they may not arrive together, however we do our best to reduce the likelyhood of this happening.
