We are across all customer tickets, and strive to improve our customer experience all the time, so you can rest assured that we have taken any issue that you had very seriously. If you had an issue with a courier partner of ours, we will lodge a complaint with them, and will also escalate the issue at our monthly account meetings so it doesn't fall on deaf ears.

 

You can also leave a review on our product pages if it is relevant to your experience with the product, which may help others in their decision making. To support our new Australian products, this is really important to help them grow their business during challenging times.
