More often than not our prices are in line with the market, if not cheaper. If you find a product that is more expensive, please reach out and we will check if we can match it.

We are not guaranteeing price matching on all products just yet, but it is not far away. We factor in any current discounts that are available when we do our price comparisons.

We regularly check our prices and compete with the lowest price available for most products. If you find a lower price on special that we’ve missed, we’ll do our best to match it. 

Just make a note of the price and where you have found it and then contact us with the details.

For us to look at offering a price match on your products

• advertisements must be current and for an identical item
• The price match must be for a current order or an order soon to be placed.
• If you are using a buy now pay later service for payment, we may not be able to price match.
• competitor must have the product in stock in the quantity requested, available in your area
• product must be available for purchase by any member of the public. This excludes trade buyers, auctions, duty free, liquidation or clearance sales, membership or reward groups.
• provide evidence of the current advertisement and where we can confirm its details
