Can I return my order?Updated 2 years ago

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 30 days and receive a full refund - excluding shipping costs. Goods must be in their original condition when arriving back at our warehouse. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete. 

 

Please contact us to arrange a return, where our team can help in booking a courier for you.

 

Refunds will be debited only via the same payment method used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed, after items have been checked by our Warehouse.
