Can I change my delivery instructions after placing the order?Updated 2 years ago

Once your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make the changes to delivery instructions due to our delivery partner's security measures. You can request an 'authority to leave' change directly with the courier as the receiver of the parcel. Please note it is at the drivers discretion if the item can be left in a secure place. 

If you request authority to leave, or redirect an order to a new address, this then voids any transit insurance.

Lodging a ticket directly with the courier to redirect your order is the quickest way to make any changes to your delivery info.

*Please note it may take up to 24 hours for Australia Post tracking to update, so even though your order has left our warehouse, it may take a number of ours for the scans to be update.
