Can I cancel my order after placing it?Updated 2 years ago

Unfortuately, We are unable to change orders once they have been processed at our Warehouse.


We have a small window to cancel orders before the Warehouse process them, which can depend on volumes they are picking at the time.

 

If an item or order is cancelled, you will need to allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to reflect back into your account. 

 

* If you need to cancel an order simply because you forgot to add a promo code, please let us know. We're more than happy to apply your code or if your order is shipped we will credit the amount to your account.
