A product I received is out of date or faulty?Updated 2 years ago

We have quality checks in place to prevent out of date and faulty products from dispatching, if however an order is to slip through the cracks directly from our Warehouse or a marketplace partner please get in touch with our Customer Support team. We are mre than happy to replace the product, or offer you store credit, or even refund you.

 

From time to time we may run some short dated clearance offers, and where this happens we will clearly advertisie the product with it's best before date, and also reflect the price as a hot offer.
